The best bathroom upgrade is one that makes an ordinary day easier. A warm seat, adjustable wash settings and simpler controls may matter more than the longest feature list.

HOROW sells smart toilets as well as conventional toilets, sinks and other kitchen and bathroom fixtures. This guide focuses on its integrated smart toilets: units that combine the toilet and bidet functions in one fixture. Before choosing one, think through installation, ongoing maintenance and what happens when the power goes out.

01 / Start with the right type

Three models to put on your shortlist.

These are starting points for comparison, not a ranking. Features and installation requirements differ by model; use the current specification sheet for the exact version you are ordering.

T05

For adjustable everyday comfort

HOROW lists a heated seat, integrated bidet, automatic lid and warm-air drying. Its built-in tank and pump-assisted flush make this a useful starting point for comparing the brand’s core comfort features.

Check first: The published rough-in is 12 inches. Power-off flushing requires a compatible backup battery pack, sold separately.

T38

For comfort with ambient lighting

The T38 adds mood lighting to a design with a built-in tank, bidet functions, adjustable heated seating and warm-air drying. It is worth comparing if the look and nighttime feel of the room are part of your renovation.

Check first: It uses a 12-inch rough-in. Confirm outlet position, water pressure and flow, and the separately purchased power-outage accessories.

T37

For a bathroom with a 10-inch rough-in

The T37 is offered as a 10-inch rough-in tankless smart toilet with a heated seat and bidet functions. Its different installation size is the reason to look here before comparing smaller comfort details.

Check first: Measure your actual rough-in and read the tankless model’s water-supply and electrical requirements.

Choose the fit before the finish.

A model with attractive lighting or a preferred remote is still the wrong purchase if its dimensions, connections or operating requirements do not suit the room.

02 / Make room for the practical details

Five things to check before you order.

A smart toilet is a fixture, an electrical appliance and a plumbing project. Ask your installer to check the exact manual before you commit to a model or installation date.

Plan the whole room: space, connections and access for maintenance.

  1. Rough-in distanceMeasure from the finished wall to the center of the floor drain or mounting bolts, rather than from the baseboard. Confirm the measurement against the model’s installation drawing.
  2. Clearance and seat heightCheck the footprint, the space to open the door and lid, and how the seat height will feel for the people using it. Photographs alone cannot tell you whether it will fit.
  3. Electrical supplyHave a qualified installer confirm the outlet, grounding and circuit requirements in the manual and the applicable local requirements. Include any electrical work in your budget.
  4. Water pressure and connectionsCheck both pressure and flow where specified, along with valve location and hose routing. A built-in pump does not remove the need to meet the model’s water-supply requirements.
  5. Installation and future accessPrice removal of the old unit, installation, any new connections and compatible accessories. Leave room to reach valves and serviceable parts.
The trade-off

What you gain. What you take on.

Reasons to consider one

  • Integrated washing and drying may make the daily routine more comfortable.
  • Adjustable seat and wash settings let different users choose their preferences.
  • A combined toilet and bidet avoids finding space for a separate bidet fixture.
  • Hands-free functions may be convenient when the selected model includes them.

Reasons to pause

  • The total project can cost more than the toilet’s advertised price once labor and connections are included.
  • Electronic parts, nozzles and filters add maintenance considerations.
  • Some functions depend on electricity; outage arrangements vary by model and accessories.
  • Controls, seat shape and replacement parts deserve as much attention as appearance.

If your priority is a straightforward replacement with minimal work, compare a conventional toilet too. If you are renting, get the property owner’s approval before arranging changes.

03 / The buying checklist

Spend on the whole project.

Write down a total budget that includes the fixture, delivery where applicable, installation, electrical work, removal and any required accessories. A temporary discount is only useful after you have confirmed that the product suits the room.

Read the current return and warranty terms before installation. HOROW’s published refund policy describes a 90-day return window for qualifying orders, with products uninstalled and in original packaging. Approval, exclusions and return-shipping rules apply; some selected models have different shipping arrangements. Check your exact order with the retailer.

A few good questions

Before the bathroom makeover.

Is this a hands-on HOROW review?

No. This is a product-information buying guide. We have not installed, used or independently performance-tested the models mentioned. Product descriptions come from HOROW’s public pages; our checklist helps you decide what to verify.

Do all HOROW toilets have the same features?

No. Smart, conventional, floor-mounted and wall-mounted models serve different needs. Even within the smart-toilet range, rough-in sizes, controls, power-outage operation and accessories vary. Check the exact model and version.

Does a smart toilet replace professional installation advice?

No. Bring the current installation manual to a qualified plumber or installer. An electrician may also be needed. This page cannot assess your bathroom’s wiring, water supply or local installation requirements.

Where do I check prices, delivery and support?

Use the official store for current prices and stock. Confirm delivery coverage and charges for your address at checkout, and contact HOROW directly about product compatibility, warranty or an order. FBC Media does not sell or install the products.
